We allow a variety of gold to be submitted to our buying service ranging from 6 to 24 carats. We accept all gold regardless of condition! Broken, damaged, stones missing, it’s all gold to us. This includes but is not limited to broaches, pins, bracelets, statues, lockets, dental gold, scrap, watches, rings, necklaces, earrings, medals, and more. If it’s gold, we buy it. We do not currently accept Silver, Platinum, or Palladium via our online platform. We do however accept these instore.

How we value
Our pricing is based on the current spot price of gold. This is the fluctuating price at which gold is purchased or sold.
To work out the value of your gold we require the purity and the weight. This is then used to provide you with a value. For an online estimated valuation, simply enter these details into our unique gold calculator to get the result.
Once your item has been sent to us, our helpful team of experts will test the item for you and provide you with a final quote. This will then be valid for 24 hours.
If you do not respond to the offer within the 24-hour period it will be withdrawn, and we will have to re – value your item and provide you with a new quote.

The price of gold varies day to day, but we always look to give the best possible price to our customers. Please note, although the utmost care is taken, the gold testing process can scratch and/or blemish the item.
If for any reason you do not wish to accept the offer we give for your gold, we will arrange for the safe return of your items via Royal Mail Special Delivery® (insured up to £500), however this will be at your expense.
