We deliver Monday to Saturday and all orders are sent via Royal Mail ®. We ship to the UK only and do not currently offer international delivery. We will attempt to deliver products to you as soon as possible and within five working days after you place an order. Special Delivery orders are insured by Royal Mail and are guaranteed by 1pm the next day after shipping. Please check the Royal Mail website for changes as delivery times may vary.
Special Delivery Items will be insured to cover the price of the item with compensation up to £2,500. Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at email@example.com. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items) – this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
Special Deliveries will have to be signed for by you, or a representative over the age of 18.
Standard Delivery is offered free for all orders over £100. Please note that items are not insured via Standard Delivery and therefore we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage that may occur in transit. Any claims made due to damage or the loss of the item will have to be made through Royal Mail.

Items under £500: £8.50
Items over £500 and under £1,000: £9.45
Items over £1,000 and under £2,500: £11.45
For Saturday nominated deliveries orders must be made before 2pm on Thursday to be delivered that week. Any orders placed after this will be delivered the following Monday at the earliest.
Items under £500 – £13

Our delivery times may be subject to restrictions in certain areas, you can contact us about this to discuss or learn more. We hold the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas and the right to rescind our services at any given time to a specific address. We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your item in situations that are not in our control. There may be exceptions to our delivery times when considering situations out of our control such as bank holidays, suspected fraudulent activity, and weather conditions.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may change your mind within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund. You then have 14 further days to return the product. If you return an item, it must be in the same condition as it was bought. You must also hold all the packaging and certification that the item was sold with, in addition to the purchase receipt. If an item is faulty or you receive an item that is not as described in the product description, you may return this within 30 days. If you decide to cancel an order, you may do this at any point before receiving a dispatch email from us. In order to cancel you can contact our Customer Care team directly.
If an order is faulty or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
What we require:
- You should return the items in the original box or packaging, ensuring that the package is sealed in a tamper-proof envelope.
- We cannot be held responsible for any lost items or damages that occur during the returns process.
- Due to hygiene purposes we do not accept earrings as a return item.
- We also do not accept personalised or engraved items.
- Please note that if the item is damaged, faulty, or the condition differs from how it was sold, we are not entitled to provide a refund.
- We do not refund delivery costs on items that are returned to us or sent by us unless there is a fault.
Returning an Item
Returning by post:
Items should be placed into their original boxes and the parcel sealed in a tamper-proof envelope. This should also include the dispatch note you received with your order. We recommend returning the item via Royal Mail Special Delivery®. Once we have assessed the quality of the items and checked for any damages, we will return the money to the account used to purchase the item within 14 days.
Note: If you do not have the receipt for your order or the original packaging, it is not a requirement for faulty returns.
Returning in store:
To return an item in store they should be placed into their original boxes and brought in along with the dispatch note that you received with your order.
